Cattle Feeders Association |
The Texas Cattle Feeders Association (TCFA), headquartered in
Amarillo, represents cattle feeders in Texas, Oklahoma and New Mexico.
TCFA works on behalf of its members in many ways including:

State and national legislation

Regulatory liaison with state and national regulatory bodies

Up-to-the-minute computerized market information

Seminars and meetings

An insurance and safety program that features the only
safety specialist in the cattle industry

Industry promotion and research
TCFA
has nearly 200 Feedyard Members in Texas, Oklahoma and New
Mexico. Total TCFA membership is
around 5,000. The vast majority are
people who feed cattle in TCFA Member Feedyards, the remainder are the
affiliated companies and individuals who provide the many goods and
services that area feedyards require for operation. Membership in TCFA can
be obtained by feeding cattle in a Member Feedyard and paying dues of 45
per head or by becoming an Industry
Associate
Member at $125.00 per
year.
